How to apply for a Russian Visa

Fly Rusia is a non-government based tour operator, authorized to issue an Invitation to foreign individuals (Tourists) to apply for a Russian Visa by visiting their local Russian Consulate.

• Find Nearest Russian Consulate

After receiving the invitation form us you must visit the Russian consulate in your country as they will help you in submission of your documents and apply for the Visa.You can find the details of your Russian Embassy or Consulate in our Russian Visa Consulate Section.

• What is Needed

1. Original Passport valid for at least 6 months after the visa expiry date with minimum 2 clean pages.
2. Russian Visa Application Form. 
3. Visa Invitation.
4. 2 Passport size photographs.
5. Travel Insurance if not a US citizen.
6. Visa Processing fee.
7. Hotel booking voucher.

In event of the consulate demanding an original invitation, please note that it will incur charges for urgent post by you.
