The climate in Nizhny Novgorod is not much different from the capital: the same cold snowy winter, a couple of weeks of hot summer. The first snow usually pleases Nizhny Novgorod in October, but this white cover melts almost immediately, the negative temperature is established in late October – early November and lasts until late March-early April.
